My name is Mikhaila Calice. I am a sophomore at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA studying Political Science and International Studies. I am a member of the Debate team and the Women’s Golf team. In addition, I am a Resident Assistant and work as a Student Assistant for the Political Science Department. My goal is to work for the State Department as a political officer abroad. I am originally from Ann Arbor, MI but currently live in Chicago, IL. I have wanted to go to Africa since my 2nd grade class did a project on Kenya and I have been interested in politics since my AP government class in high school. I hope you enjoy reading about my adventures and experiences at the University of Ghana!
